      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service to clients from initial conversation to final outcomes
      - Manage client relationships through calling, scheduling, and follow-ups regarding consultations and billing
      - Handle a high volume of telephone calls efficiently
      - Identify and resolve complex client-related issues with empathy
      - Explain the firm's services and advantages to potential clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Up-to-date resume with at least 2 years of law firm experience, preferably in client intake
      - Experience in criminal defense, immigration law, and/or family law preferred
      - Cover letter highlighting relevant skills and experience
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA
      - Salary requirements must be included in the application

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
      - Sales experience preferred
      - Familiarity with various apps, software, and marketing platforms
