      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Property & Casualty License required in designated states
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Ability to qualify by DOI for appointment as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
      - Proven typing skills while engaging with customers
      - Strong professional phone etiquette and proficiency with sales systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales or insurance-related role
      - Familiarity with auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines
      - High level of initiative and self-motivation
      - Excellent communication skills
