- Support billing inquiries while waiting for state licensing approval
- Maintain a distraction-free work environment during training and working hours
- Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to address customer inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Must have open availability during hours of operation
- Professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict resolution skills
