      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, review, and process inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies
      - Assist customers with questions related to policy coverage, billing, and modifications
      - Handle billing calls while waiting for state licensing to be completed
      - Maintain a dedicated and distraction-free work environment during training and working hours
      - Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to address customer inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
      - Must have open availability during hours of operation
      - Professional customer service aptitude with basic conflict resolution skills
      - Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with handling insurance policy inquiries and billing
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
