What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in making Medicare healthcare decisions
- Meet monthly sales and performance goals using compliant sales practices
- Answer phone calls from customers and assist with applications and forms
- Abide by CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Resident State Health Insurance License
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of the Medicare System

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous Medicare sales experience
- Knowledgeable in CMS and Health Care reform rules and regulations
- Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products
- Previous experience working remotely preferred
- Motivated and Sales Driven
