What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the employer's brand and connect customers to the right products
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
- Maintain a professional workspace for remote work, ensuring high-speed internet connection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers
- Property and Casualty License required after hire

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
