What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs while marketing appropriate products and services
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Understand the State Farm agency model and market area operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent State Farm experience
- Active Property and Casualty license
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
- Ability to effectively relate to customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
