What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Property and Casualty license in California, Arizona, or Oregon
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fields
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Property and Casualty license is required
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
