What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas
- Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Prior experience with the employer is essential for remote work
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and effectively relate to customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license if not already possessed
