What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records
- Contact physician's offices for refill authorizations and clients for order verification
- Process new and refill prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with productivity standards
- Document correspondence and follow-up actions in the system
- Answer incoming calls promptly, providing high standards of customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with FrameWorks LTC is required; Docutrack experience is preferred
- Minimum one year of pharmacy data entry experience is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
- Long-term care pharmacy experience
