- Handle phone inquiries and provide quality customer service to patients and staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
