What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide feedback on course content updates and implement curriculum changes for hybrid programs
- Evaluate student outcomes and develop strategies to improve retention and reduce course failures
- Teach foundational Medical Assistant courses online, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and provide outreach to at-risk students
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to maintain accreditation compliance and enhance the student experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree from an accredited institution recognized by the US Secretary of Education or CHEA
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
- Three (3) years of full-time occupational experience in a healthcare facility, including 40 hours in an ambulatory healthcare setting
- Three (3) years of online teaching experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and other relevant tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field from an accredited institution
