What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide live video virtual check-in and check-out as well as live phone and messaging support for patients
- Support the Care Team, including Virtual MDs, Advanced Practitioners, and Registered Nurses
- Proactively plan for each patient's medical needs, from initial outreach to solution
- Schedule appointments for follow-up care and coordinate referrals with providers and facilities
- Facilitate patient care by coordinating with internal departments and external providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory setting
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Bilingual in Spanish, with the completion of verbal and written proficiency exams
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience using Adobe, Slack, and Docusign
