What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from patients, providing outstanding customer service
- Register new patients by gathering and entering pertinent information into the system
- Verify insurance coverage and set patient appointments as requested
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records within various systems
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to patient inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment
- Experience with automated call distribution, IVR, and skill-based routing systems
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of XPM and CRM systems
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
