What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and resolve pre-pay insurance denials, collaborating with follow-up teams
- Work closely with Denial Coordinator and Managed Care Coordinator for education and payer accountability
- Consult with management on development needs for new processes and recommend changes
- Maintain knowledge of practice management systems, coding, billing, and customer service techniques
- Gather and provide appropriate educational resources to support denial/appeal management processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting
- Strong knowledge of coding and billing practices
- Familiarity with insurance/carrier policies and front office operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle setting, particularly in chart review and denial processing
- Experience with educational resource development related to denial/appeal management
