      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and resolve all types of denials efficiently and accurately, including coordination of benefits, insurance eligibility, and coding issues
      - Document all actions and communications regarding each account in the practice management system
      - Identify and track denial trends by payer, provider, and code
      - Answer customer service inquiries professionally and ensure thorough follow-up until resolution
      - Handle unique cases such as bankruptcy and charity with accuracy and expedience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical field, accounting, or accounts receivable
      - Understanding of basic coding to effectively address coding denials
      - Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
      - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work under productivity standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in Medical Billing and Coding highly desirable
      - Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
