What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls for all assigned clinics and operate call center telephony platforms
- Determine urgent needs and complete warm transfer to clinic staff
- Complete accurate patient scheduling on provider and ancillary schedules for multiple clinics and Medical Groups
- Research patient requests in the medical record and provide information to patients or other entities
- Collect insurance and pre-certification information, validate insurance eligibility, and correct PCP assignment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of business office experience in healthcare setting (billing, collections, customer service, patient access, scheduling, call center, medical clinic)
- Knowledge of Windows-based system, word processing software, telephony platforms, EMR, and ability to utilize multiple applications simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of business office experience in healthcare setting (billing, collections, customer service, patient access, scheduling, call center, medical clinic)
- Additional education in business management, healthcare management, or related field
