What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage collection efforts on Self-Pay Accounts for designated Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Generate and upload Patient Statements to the statement vendor daily
- Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and explain financial responsibilities
- Document all patient interactions in the clients' software system with clear descriptions
- Monitor and resolve Self Pay Accounts Receivable and process credit card payments in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Healthcare billing experience required
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9/10 codes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Windows-driven software
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Minimum internet download speed of 40Mbps to run SIS Systems effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare patient collections or customer service
- Familiarity with billing software systems such as AdvantX, Vision, or SurgiSource
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
