What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for collection efforts on Self-Pay Accounts, acting as the billing office for designated Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Generate patient statements and upload them to the statement vendor daily
- Initiate contact with patients through various online solutions regarding outstanding balances
- Handle all inbound calls from patients and clients related to Self Pay Accounts Receivable
- Research and document all patient contact in the client's software system, ensuring detailed descriptions of actions taken

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare billing experience
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9/10 codes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Windows-driven software
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Must have a minimum of 40Mbps internet download speed to effectively run SIS Systems
