What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage collection efforts on Self-Pay Accounts as the billing office for designated Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Generate patient statements and upload them to the statement vendor daily
- Initiate contact with patients regarding outstanding balances through various online solutions
- Research and explain patient financial responsibilities according to Explanation of Benefits and facility policies
- Document all patient interactions and monitor Self Pay Accounts Receivable regularly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare billing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and understanding of Windows-driven software
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to meet a minimum internet download speed of 40Mbps for remote work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare patient collections or customer service
- Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9/10 codes
- Knowledge of billing software systems such as AdvantX, Vision, or SurgiSource
