What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead training sessions for behavioral health therapists, associates, and interns
- Provide psychoeducation for staff on relevant topics as needed
- Supervise up to 5 associate therapists/interns, ensuring compliance with HIPAA
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisees and colleagues
- Encourage and facilitate staff growth and career development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience and completion of eligible supervisor coursework
- Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Experience in school-based services preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing training programs for behavioral health professionals
- Active participation in professional networks and continuing education
- Familiarity with the ethical and practice guidelines outlined by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
