What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead training sessions for behavioral health therapists, associates, and interns
- Provide psychoeducation for staff on relevant mental health topics
- Supervise up to 5 associate therapists/interns and review their documentation
- Maintain knowledge of program standards and policies established by the employer
- Encourage and facilitate staff growth and career development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience and completion of eligible supervisor coursework
- Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Commitment to ethical guidelines and compliance with HIPAA standards
- Experience in school-based services is preferred
