What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead trainings for behavioral health therapists, associates, and interns
- Provide psychoeducation for staff on relevant topics as needed
- Supervise up to 5 associate therapists and interns, ensuring compliance with HIPAA
- Establish and maintain rapport and effective working relationships with supervisees and colleagues
- Encourage and facilitate staff growth and career development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure and completion of eligible supervisor coursework
- Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to exercise good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities
- School-based service experience preferred
