What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop full-stack applications using industry-adopted languages and frameworks
- Lead strategic work across products and utilize application architecture for complex issues
- Provide high-level support for problem resolution
- Influence and provide direction on product development practices, coding, and testing standards
- Conduct research and integrate industry best practices into processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in deploying and servicing cloud-native applications within the AWS platform
- Proficiency with industry tools, frameworks, and languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.
- Experience with AWS core services and Infrastructure as Code technologies
- Strong aptitude to learn new languages and frameworks
- Experience supporting applications and troubleshooting issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in AWS and HashiCorp
- Experience with Terraform or related Infrastructure as Code technology
- Strong background in DevOps best practices
- Ability to create pipelines/automation for deploying changes to production
- Experience with logging and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch, Dynatrace
