What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and respond to incoming alerts in accordance with service level agreements
- Conduct visual verification of store alarms using CCTV
- Perform reverse investigations of alerts and escalate as necessary
- Maintain thorough documentation of incidents and communicate high-level incidents to relevant teams
- Assist with identifying and addressing technology, system, and policy needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 3 years of experience in LP or a retail/professional environment
- 3 years of experience in multi-store big-box retail
- Strong report-writing and auditing skills
- Familiarity with physical security systems such as CCTV and EAS
- Knowledge of safety and security policies and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LPC/LPQ qualification
- Completion of certified training programs (Wicklander-Zulawski or Reed training)
- Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
