What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve issues in real-time to maintain uptime and performance
- Analyze application performance and provide recommendations for system improvements
- Generate regular reports detailing system performance, incidents, and resolutions
- Prepare documentation on configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with client support teams and third parties to resolve technical issues or optimize tool functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience using remote monitoring tools or similar network monitoring solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or .NET
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Strong understanding of network monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
