What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff for resolution
- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving
- Utilize knowledge base and training to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and document call resolution
- Adhere to client processes and procedures
- Handle financial issues and inquiries according to client guidelines
- Follow required scripts and policies
- Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple screens and systems while speaking to customers
- Typing speed of 30-45 Words per minute
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong team orientation and ability to build relationships
- Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
