What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Compliance Analyst II in various tasks and projects
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and service gaps
- Review client accounts for compliance and registration accuracy
- Draft and file applications with government agencies, both electronically and on paper
- Conduct research and communicate with clients and government agencies via phone and email

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in nonprofit administration
- Proven track record of excellent customer service or client relations
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Google G Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Associate or bachelor's degree is desired but not required
- Familiarity with reaching out to state agencies, such as the Secretary of State office
