What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients to ensure safety
- Monitor and redirect up to twelve patients at a time, maintaining focus on the monitoring station
- Communicate promptly with bedside staff regarding any patient issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate patient information and assist with technical and support systems
- Contribute to a safe environment by reporting risks or equipment malfunctions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required competencies
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, Allina Health Nursing Assistant Academy Program, or previous direct patient care experience
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff
- Capability to manage technical issues related to monitoring equipment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of telehealth experience with patient interaction
- 2+ years of demonstrated computer experience with systems such as Microsoft Suite
