What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues and service questions
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as necessary
- Develop relationships with new customers to better understand their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests accurately and concisely
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
