- Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
