What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads and closing sales
- Utilize online platforms and communication tools to engage with customers
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and sales
- Participate in up to 2 weeks of in-store training before transitioning to a remote work environment
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a Digital Commerce, Internet Sales, and/or Phone Sales environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and internal Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with sales cycles and order entry processes
