What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction
- First Aid Certificate
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and underwater recording equipment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in underwater photography or underwater survey
- Certification in underwater construction activities
