What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage numerous Oracle RDBMS databases and Oracle e-Business Suite Applications across Linux and Windows environments
- Design, plan, and execute database migrations to the Oracle Cloud
- Monitor database health and proactively resolve performance issues
- Implement patches, upgrades, and installations for Oracle products
- Mentor less experienced DBAs and perform other assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle technology architecture, including RAC and Oracle e-Business Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities
- Experience supporting 24/7 database production environments
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and migrating databases to the Oracle Cloud
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Maximo, and Plateau Training applications
- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Web Services, HTML, and XML
- Experience maintaining and patching Oracle Exadata
- Familiarity with Rubrik backup and recovery software
