What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and maintain matters in the case management system, including handling incoming mail and service of process
- Review various legal documents for accuracy and completeness, including gathering required information and correcting discrepancies
- Secure key personnel for conferences, mediations, depositions, and other necessary events
- Conduct factual research and assist with case settlements by gathering and organizing information
- Serve as a liaison between outside counsel, internal departments, and in-house attorneys

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a paralegal
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the mortgage banking industry
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with litigation case management systems, preferably Legal Tracker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree, paralegal certification, and/or a bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Experience working with varying seniority levels, including outside counsel and business unit personnel
- Ability to operate independently and proactively address issues
