What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring customer needs are met
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and achieve satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas while adhering to company policies
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure resolutions are achieved within time limits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literate with familiarity in Windows and Microsoft Office

- Experience working with an automatic dialer
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas
- A pleasant phone demeanor and strong active listening skills
- Flexibility with scheduling and work hours to meet business needs
