What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of client and member calls with complete follow-through
- Provide excellent customer service while answering client and provider inquiries
- Interpret client health plan protocols and review claims status for members
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of calls and interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned, including assistance with mailing projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume healthcare call center
- Knowledge of healthcare claims review and health insurance background
- Availability for part-time hours, 20-24 hours per week, between 8 AM and 6 PM Central Time
- Applicants must reside in CST, MST, or PST time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HMO Managed Care Medicare Advantage
- Familiarity with multiple customer service channels, including chat, text, and virtual assistants
- Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans
- Proficiency in using multiple systems, including Teams, Excel, and Jira
