What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and confirm appointments for onsite hearing tests, consultations, and hearing aid fittings
- Handle 50-75 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing timely updates to patients and facilities
- Process patient intake forms, verify medical insurance information, and manage electronic medical records (EMR)
- Order and track hearing aid supplies, ensuring timely delivery to appropriate facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries from patients, families, and facility staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
