What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide compassionate support through peer services to individuals contacting the crisis line
- Complete crisis intervention training and ongoing education to enhance service delivery
- Manage a caseload of callers and conduct follow-up outreach as needed
- Document call interactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with supervisors on high acuity cases and complete administrative tasks as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Peer Support Specialist in the State of Oregon
- Must be located in the state of Oregon
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high levels of stress and empathize with callers
- Proficient in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Recovery Mentor (Certifications - MHACBO)
- Experience in crisis intervention
- Background in a call center environment
