What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell new insurance policies monthly by proposing tailored risk management strategies
- Navigate various insurers' products and agent portals to find the best insurance options for customers
- Provide expert guidance to customers in navigating the insurance purchasing process
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and approaches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be Property and Casualty Licensed (P&C) in more than 15+ states
- Minimum of 3 years of P&C Insurance Sales experience, with a heavy focus on Auto
- Previous call center experience
- Experience working with multiple brokers
- Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new software systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- P&C Licensed in all 50 states
