What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during training exercises
- Simulate pilot actions and communication as directed by air traffic controller trainees
- Input commands into the automated system and translate information into appropriate terminology
- Complete necessary classroom and lab certifications to function as a Remote Pilot Operator
- Collaborate with a team of instructors and subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Effective verbal communication skills to ensure clarity during training exercises
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation labs
- Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of pilot/controller communications and phraseology
- Experience working with current technological tools (tablets, notebooks, applications, etc.)
