What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and direct activities of personnel providing Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) support
- Manage RPO schedules and monitor daily operations within the area of responsibility
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of RPO time cards
- Interface effectively with FAA personnel to meet training service delivery needs
- Provide training and training-related support services for air traffic controller training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least two (2) years of experience as a Remote Pilot Operator (RPO)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience as an RPO at Chicago ATCT (ORD)
- Experience working in either Terminal radar lab or En Route lab
- Knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
- Prior supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
