What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and execute 5-10 short-cycle projects simultaneously, managing budgets ranging from $10K to $50K
- Select, contract, and manage subcontractors for cathodic protection testing, installation, and service
- Ensure project execution aligns with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control standards
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Collect and manage accurate data for invoicing and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cathodic protection and 2 years of project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and projects effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data collection and reporting
- Must reside in the continental U.S., with a preference for candidates near Austin, TX; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX; Elgin, IL; or Mount Laurel, NJ

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- NACE certifications in cathodic protection (CP1, CP2, CP3, CP4)
- Degree in project management or engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical)
