What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate, schedule, and plan Aeronautics program reviews, including INARs, BRs, and PARs
- Solicit participation from key functional competencies, SMEs, and INAR chairs
- Compile and organize required review artifacts for evaluation by the review team
- Document action items, follow-ups, and outcomes from program reviews
- Develop and prepare presentation materials for senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with the entire Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience collaborating with all levels of management and teammates
- Strong attention to detail with experience in financial calculations and working with minimal oversight
- Experience leading difficult conversations and making key decisions affecting large business segments
- Background in program management processes or proposal preparation tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous program experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM), Project Manager, or proposal team member
- Experience with database applications and generating reports using tools like Tableau or Alteryx
- Strong communication skills and experience leading independent program reviews
