What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects with the Department of Defense, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Lead project teams and handle project change orders and contract modifications
- Develop project proposals and budgets while managing subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance
- Engage in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations
- Oversee design teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum of 15 years of directly related project management experience
- Thorough knowledge of Government Clients and Department of Defense projects
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing USACE or NAVFAC projects
- Fluency with UFCs, EM385-1-1 safety requirements, and other relevant regulations
- Proven ability to write and develop high-quality technical reports
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), licensed AIA Architect, or PMP Certification
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
