      Overview

      Starting Pay: $100 -$150 per hour

      Schedule: 10 - 20 hours per week within the hours of 1pm-7pm PST / 4pm-10pm EST (Monday - Thursday)

Our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP) expands access to life-changing treatment, delivering expert psychiatric care and therapy to individuals in need—all from the comfort of their own homes.

      As a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you will be at the forefront of expanding access to high-quality, compassionate mental health care for individuals ages 12 to 34. Through secure telehealth platforms, you will diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medication, and monitor treatment progress, providing comprehensive and personalized care. Your expertise will help remove barriers to treatment—whether due to location, mobility challenges, or busy schedules—ensuring more individuals receive the support they need to thrive.

      Preferred candidates hold licensure in multiple states or in one of our active markets: Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Nevada, Idaho, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Montana, Arizona, or Utah. If you are not currently licensed in these states, don’t worry! We cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees, allowing you to expand your practice across multiple states.

      Responsibilities

      • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations within 72 hours of client admission via secure telehealth platforms.
      • Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including medication management and treatment plan adjustments.
      • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure seamless discharge planning.
      • Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.

      Qualifications

      • Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Psychiatrist license in Missouri.
      • Experience providing remote psychiatric treatment via telehealth platforms strongly preferred.
      • Proficient in evidence-based modalities such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) with confidence integrating them into treatment.
      • Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, delivering compassionate and developmentally appropriate care.
      • Strong background in relational, experiential, and systemic therapeutic approaches preferred.
      • Preferred candidates already have a Collaborating Physician in required states.
      • DEA certification strongly preferred.
