What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the legal industry

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset suitable for a commission-only role
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
