What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and resolve unpaid and underpaid claims with insurance payers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clinical personnel, teammates, and insurance representatives
- Conduct root cause analysis on claims and appeals

- Maintain a high level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Healthcare and medical billing/collections experience preferred
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong values of teamwork and collaboration

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
