What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize, create, and maintain routes for multiple Pest Control Branch offices
- Monitor production of assigned branches to ensure they meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Collaborate with a team of Route Performance Specialists to achieve company production targets
- Communicate with customers regarding special scheduling concerns to optimize route fitting
- Reschedule services for customers who were not serviced on their originally scheduled day

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent route creation and optimization skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven customer service and issue-resolution skills
- Experience utilizing customer portals for routing
- Ability to maintain a quiet and distraction-free working environment
- Stable internet connection with specified speed and jitter requirements
