What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell various insurance policies to clients based on their specific needs
- Follow up with leads and prospect contacts provided by the employer
- Educate customers on different coverage options available to them
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage renewals
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (weekends off)
- Commitment to completing the probationary training program
- Willingness to study for and pass the Property & Casualty License exam after the probationary period
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience in the insurance industry (a plus, but not necessary)
- Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian (a plus, but not required)
